guilty pleasure

lightly toasted baton/french stick
strips of sirloin steak, flash fried in butter
same pan, really rich pepper sauce.

fattening to say the least, but a fine sandwich. (black and green pepper corns essential, and even a touch of dried chilli just for kick)
 
steak and cheese go together really well, be it on a french stick, a barm, warbies and also in a pie, on any kind of butty though you have to have fried onions with it, without the onions basically it's a philly cheesesteak so i bet rockies got a suitcase full of the buggers, to hide the growth stuff under.
 
Sayers seeded un-sliced brown bread. Big thick door steps with some good old proper butter. No fuss, no [Poor language removed] about.
Or, heinz tinned spag boll on toast when i come in rat-arsed. ruined many a good top that sauce.:P
 
cheers chico, i feel we may be of the same ilk, what with the retro gear, the coffee, knowing the secret of the frappe, and all the pastie posts...oh and of course the blue blood that flows through our systems.
