Didn't he end up at York City?

We signed him from Swansea in 1970, and flogged him back there in 1980Was a bit confused there for a second, but Dai Davies (RIP) in goal for Swansea?
Typical Everton, at the time. Literally nothing went right after winning the 1970 title.Roger kenyon had been substitute every FA cup round - why did we change it for the semi-final ? Everton That -
How come West is showered, dressed and on the booze, and the other players look like they havent even hit the bath?Drugs test for Westielol
Frank Whittle, Kenneth Kendall, Brian Harvey, and Morrissey from the Smiths. No, this was the photo - lol

Yes John Hamilton was about 3 streets away from the front of the school. At the back of your School was a in closed yard which we called Wembley were kids would come and play football without the normal problems of being out of your patch. There were 3 lads in are street who went to the school but only the clever kids so not me. I read in the Echo a few years back some one messed with his car and he got done for G.B.H .that's what surprised me when you said he lived near you,i knew him as a lad and a blue ,but there is something in us scouser's that make us great but also mad.….lovely memories, Buddy. in those days being an England schoolboy international was real pedigree, as was playing for Liverpool Schoolboys. He must have been some player.
When I played for the City Team I had already signed for a top club but they weren’t allowed to contact me during that season, how times have changed.
i went to John Hamilton so I guess you lived not far away. A good mate of mine told me Archie had played in goal, I never met him although ironically I know a few of his family. He was a classy footballer but I think he had a few demons, the YouTube clip of him playing for Birmingham against Steve Coppell at OT is a classic.
I have not purchased that as he has Many books which are superior.....

Husband deffo couldn't stand up in his, kept on slipping over...when he wasn't heading or shooting overI watched that 68 final in full a few weeks ago. In glorious colour! We just didn't turn up on the day. I reckon it was something to do with the sponsorship deal the players signed with puma before the game. All our players wore puma boots that day. Only a couple wore them every week, so the rest were playing in brand new boots. Thats my excuse.
