In the last 2 games, there were too much hoof back from the back to Jelavic for him to chase. He isn't Shane Long unfortunately.

Seriously, how can anyone say Jagielka is in form and the other two arent??? Completely baffled by that. Heitinga has been terrible next to Jagielka. Cant think of anything Distin has done wrong? Jagielka is not all that!! If anything the back four is most solid with Distin in it!

Duffy isnt good enough to be in a side trying to get a top 4 finish.

And Velios... No faith at all.

Jags and Baines are playing well out of our defensive unit how can you not see it, he's constantly mopping up after JH and SD is Jags he's in the best form he's had for 2 seasons

He's played a handful of games and looked solid in all of them, so why dismiss him? Yeah cause we're going to get a top 4 finish...

I dont rate Jagielka as much as most blues. No vendetta just dont rate him as highly.

The only viable evidence you can base your opinion on is when he's come on/started for the first team. He's been spot on whenever he's played for the first team and shouldn't have been dropped last season.

Essentially, you're saying that Heitinga shouldn't be dropped even though he's been terrible because of your opinion on Duffy which is based on nothing.

No i dont see it. Jagielka is irratic drawn out of position and terrible in possession. Hes made some great last ditch challenges but hes NOT all that.

Yeah well he's been are best CB this season. You don't even have case to argue with there, he just has been.

He has no pace at all. He reminds me of an Alan Stubbs and i dont want to see us like that at the back ever again. Hes not as good as Heitinga, Jagielka or Distin. Lacks experience for such a crucial season. Hes last resort!

I'd rather play a big CB who will head crosses away than Heitinga who can't/won't. Simple as that.
