I can't think of anything of service since he joined? A ball down the middle at Fulham?

The goal against Leicester and the cross that led to the last minute winner at Cardiff

That minute when he skinned Chelsea's defence to pass for Naismith's 2nd.

Running out now......

Totally agree with your assessment.

I think there's a keeper in Joel. He's a big lad with good athletism and a good shot stopper. The reaction save he made today was world class. I've only seen Howard make one of those all season and that was in Europe.

With a bit of coaching perhaps he can learn and improve the weaknesses of his game a bit like DeGea. I don't think we've anything to loose.

I categorically and comprehensively disagree with this statement. Vehemently.

Only just realised what a truly pivotal result that was today.

We are now 4pts behind the team above us and 5pts from the relegation places.
Think it's safe to say we are now up to our necks.

Hate to say it, but the upcoming Hull and West Brom games are now massive, massive games.

Not what i said, its human error and happens almost week in week out; refs make mistakes, its part of the game and always will be until in game video replays are used.

And you don't watch Chelsea, United, City every week to know what decisions go for them or against them.

Point us, you play with whats put in fron of you, and thats 11 players. For 90 minutes we were unable to do anything worthwhile to even look like gaining 3 points
Clearly you are not a Sky subscriber.

That made me feel dirty to agree with that last part

We were never going to do as well this season as last, the big worry is that we underperform so much that we lose status. Last season we were finally being considered as a club that could go somewhere, we were in the top group through merit, that could very quickly be forgotten if we struggle around the bottom this season.

I actually read posts like these and it makes me angry at bobby. FFS so much hard work undone in half a season. Gutless.

Just finished watching the game, was driving back from Scotland today after spending Xmas up there! Got off to a good start but just like at Spurs, complete capitulation! Far too negative, allowing Newcastle to dictate the play. Players look shot for confidence, system looked disjointed, individual errors costing goals and more dodgy refereeing, Cisse should have been off! Barry was pathetic, he needs dropped! At least Martinez made changes quickly this time but only mirallas made an impact. Barkley was poor and Lukaku barely touched the ball. Kone did well, I'd give him a run in the team. Seamus looked more like himself today as well. Robles made a couple of decent saves but looked shaky as usual, especially on crosses!

I think we'll see a few more changes for the hull game! Team needs confidence, and quick!

Erm.

We shouldn't think we're too good to be part of a relegation battle.

We are absolutely grim. Grim mate.

Yip.

And so many people are in denial about our current plight it is staggering.

This Baggies game is shaping up to be a real nerve jingling evening, unless sommat remarkable happens against Hull and Man. City.

After Hull we have City, the derby and away to Chelsea in the following six games.

These are scary times, lids.
