New striker in the summer

Has anyone suggested this lad yet?

We could play Mirallas as a striker, he said he can play as a striker and play del on the right if we keep for a second season. I want another Belgian striker now so what about Zakaria Bakkali who is 17 years of old.

He would cost a few quid wouldn't he? Funnily enough i signed him for Everton on the last Fifa for rather cheap, next i'm hearing he's scoring hatricks for a laugh and looking like he could be world class.

Don't think we need a new out and out striker tbh we need someone who can work hard behind a natural finisher and we already have the natural finisher sitting on the bench being wasted.

Oh aye yeah i forgot my suggestion, Victor Ibarbo of Cagliari. Saw him playing a while back on ESPN's Serie A games and was well impressed with him, rapid, 6'3, strong, techincally good and has an eye for an assist or a goal.

Kone is a good CF but after a season of success for Lukaku, he would look dire. Why did we sign Kone for £6m when bringing in Lukaku as well? Maybe Lukaku came up last minute and we pounced but Kone needs games, if he sits out a lot this season he won't be as sharp and he's not gonna be what we want. He's a good player but in hindsight looks like £6m wasted

I think that's exactly it. Kone is the only bit of Martinez's business that's left me baffled.

I'm hoping he'll prove me wrong - but I always worry when we get a new striker and he doesn't start well.

If we are talking top end, Benzema is rapidly falling out of love with the Real Madrid fans, who have taken to booing him, granted it's not on the realistic side of things. Would love to keep Lukaku, He will be amazing this year. Come Jan, sitting pretty above mob (which could become Moyes Out Brigade) at Old Trafford, why not throw in a cheeky Rooney bid....... I think Vossen would be a good shout, I think either John Guidetti, Matej Vyrdra or Luc Castaignos would be a good fit for us and all three are young too. Benteke would cost a few quid, but would come. I also would also say Remy is available and he can play a bit too.
