Just eat healthily and don't think of it as dieting.

maybe just eat healthy and have the occasional treat, im really strict about what i eat during the week and then change things up at the wekeend

Thats the short of it yeah. I'm going to be more conscious of eating salad for lunch every day rather than butties and stuff like that. plus anything sugar wise I will probably avoid so just need to make sure I'm not c rash dieting hen I don't need to be
