It was sickly. Nice but eat a whole one and it's coming back up the way it came i reckon haha

give or take, nearly or at 3 stone since august, so 2 months = 3 stone.

Since 1st May ive lost 16kgs+, including 4kgs in a two week period at the start of this month. So about the same in a shorter period for you.

@Ashtonian a word of warning mate, try not to take things as "60 minutes of walking in a day burns 247 calories" as a license to eat 200 more calories in the day, or "I ate only a small salad for the rest of the day" as a license to eat half a chocolate pizza

Those kind of "treats" kill your momentum and turn into, over time, "well I was 500 calories under yesterday, so I can be 300 over today and still come out ahead"

They can also lead to toilets being destroyed as @Ashtonian has recently encountered

yeah i am not working it like that tbh because ideally i want to be eating as little calories as possible at the same time of actually eating something and not starving myself.

Normally i do try to plan the food ahead, so fruit, fish salad and healthier meal for tea is normally the plan for the week. If i get to the point where i have to eat something quick and easy or unhealthy then i mean i am countering it by eating less in the day. But not deliberately eating less for that reason.

The walking bit just means in my head that come the end of the day, if i have eaten 1000 or 1450 calories then i haven't really, i have dropped a bit as a result. Generally i avoid sugar as and wher ei can so anything is just that, a treat rather than something i have gone out my way for.

I can see the dangers as you say, and don't want anything bad to form a habit again. Best habit i want to form is a yoghurt after lunch.

Not much of an update this week to be honest. Eat poorly in the evenings, eating well in the day. Not sweet stuff poorly but not compensating like i was last week. Think with stag do coming up, knew i was gaining either way so mind has dismissed this week and will start fresh monday knowing i have to get into it more.

Just a quick question here, Is it possible to go from 38 trousers to 34 in 6 weeks? That is what i kinda need to do here, and that is the deadline, otherwise the suit trousers won't be fitting me.

Given that your belly is pretty much where your belt is, if you want to fit into smaller trousers, eat less, and do loads of legs bums and tums exercises, like oblique twists, crunches, side burns etc.

You might end up looking a bit top heavy though!

Yeah, might be a little bit akward as a always have a belly no matter how light i am!

In a general sense then, if i started exercising again eating well and keeping that up, is it possible to drop 4 inches in 6 weeks naturally or is it too much?

I find myself stuck at a weight. I stick to a decent enough diet and try to get to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, but it's not good enough to drop the stone that I want to do...looking into starting a heatcamps class every week - has anyone been?

Do you have a larger pair of TROUSERS to fall back on? I've no idea if you could drop that many inches - I've been the same (32") for my entire adult life.

i did say trousers over pants lol reluctantly, trousers seems more old fashioned to me than pants ;)

I haven't sadly, i would have to go and buy an new pair which matched the same colour of the jacket which wouldn't be an easy task. So it is all or nothing, and based on the last several weeks, probably nothing haha
