Wonder Web, stuff you can iron into your kecks and it alters them for you. Like the 38 pants are too long in the leg, so stick some wonder web on it and it brings them up without sewing them.

Right. Everything is possible - what an age we live in!
 
Bit of an odd week this week.

Been a bit under the weather so no exercises and I haven't been eating perfectly.

BUT

I have been balancing it all out throughout the day. Monday had half a chocolate pizza (bought it to try) but then my calories before that were quite low so probably still ate under 1500. Tuesday admittedly had a chicken kebab in the night, but then hardly ate much during the day to push my calories up so again probably under (kebab wasn't planned btw). Yesterday had two rows of galaxy caramel and was at least 600-700 calories under the 1500 recommended at the time.

Think my food intake is getting less and less now. Not sure if that's me subconsciously or the bug I have. Like yesterday wasn't hungry at lunch so only ate half the salad and all the fish. I did get hungry later on in the night though, so not sure if that is a good or bad thing .

It is harder to eat healthier when you are ill, but skipping meals is not a good idea, that's when you start snacking and eating crap.

Was an impulse buy in asda and to be fair I countered it by eating rather well the rest of the day. So as I don't like eating much sugar these days, not going to be a regular occurance

To a certain extent this is true. Seeing as though I eat basic lunches in work, if I don't eat until lunchtime I do have the urge to snack or get something else which will also curb hunger. I am a little bit aware of what though, and don't get anything high in calories b7t in the general sense I might be more tempted to get something else to eat.

That is the good thing about being able to buy fruit in work, if I do feel hungry then I can snack on that, and plan an orange in the afternoon so it does the job.
 
Eating well this week. Not like a saint but seem to be minimalising my food intake quite a bit and where i compensated at the start of the week so i didn't over eat as such, since then been eating either under or a right amount of calories a day. Hopefully this translates into a weight loss this week of at least a couple pounds!

also found out something else last night. 60 minutes of slow walking (i assume normal pace) burns 247 calories according to my fitness pal. Never knew that! So all the time i am moving in the day i can knock that amount off the total of what i eat which makes it a little bit better again, and would explain why weeks such as last week i never gained weight.

Ahh well, actually hungry this morning so going to get some fruit to eat, but might have to get a subway salad today as no salad bags and i don't fancy another plain lettuce one. So yeah, be made up if i lost weight this week and i have learned a bit more about calories than i knew before which makes me feel better about eating close to my calories limit.
