Finally had that quorn mince bolognaise.

Was crap. Taste wise wasn't too bad but the texture of it was terrible. Not sure if I can eat that again over real mince haha

I did tell you that you need to add seasoning / spice / peppers etc to liven it up and also take away the texture too.

Give it another go, but put stuff in it. Dreadful by itself.

Weigh in day today. I fully expect to have my biggest gain so far this week. Just circumstantial how i didn't eat fantastic, but yeah, got to slip up every now and again.

So anything less than 2 pounds on and i will be happy.

Back to salads and fish for lunch for yet another week though, and technically healthy meals in again for teas, so should be having a better week this week.

Weighed in. Had a bad week in comparison to most last week, fully expected the weight gain and potential wake up call this week.

Lost a quarter of a pound haha

I haven't got any fatter which is great, hopefully i can get an exercise done tonight finally and kick start it all again. I did try last week and yeah, didn't work out the way i wanted to, but if i can get one or two workouts in this week then i will restart insanity this week as well and get into the rhythm of that.

The way i see it, the suit i looked at was coming in at 44 short. No idea what the 44 means, but aim to get into 42 over the next (less than) 2 months, With any luck, i will get into a 40 if i push myself, but even just a 42 will be great as it is again progress.

I understand the difference between the automatic and the effort, and can appreciate that the effort takes some and i can get the eating as automatic with the exercise as the effort. I know given the chance to i will be doing it again as 3 work outs a week combined with better eating could be a stone again in 3 weeks, the aim ideally now is down to 14 stone by the wedding. Which working it out, 8 weeks away. So 2.4 pounds a week to lose every week and i hit that which would also put me down to 36-34 trousers and hopefully 38-40 suit. So if i dont lose 2.4 pounds i have not hit my target, simple as that. If i can lose more over a week then i can dream of breaking 14 stone.

bit of a ramble all that, just tying whats in my head back out again.

Most of the peg suits come with a six inch differential between the jacket (chest) and trousers (waist), so if you hit 40 chest, you're looking at 34 trousers (or pants to you!) That's some going! In other news, my lunch involved quinoa - QUINOA FFS!

Quinoa is awesome mate ! You could soak your quinoa in some vegetable stock or such. You should have some feta cheese with the quinoa, a red onion, red paprika's and one yellow, a courgette, cumin, paprika powder, spring onions, basel, parsley, and black olives. Bliss.

Had it as part of a self-serve salad, and I did mix it with a few of the things you listed. Was all very tasty and healthy, but with an apple and a bottle of water, it came in just shy of ten quid! Lucky I'm on holiday as I wouldn't normally be so extravagant.

that would be fantastic to get to if that was the case! Once i remind the other half to wonder web those pants i have then i have a pair of 38 to go with a pair of 36 ones there as well. Plan to buy pants once i hit a waist number that won't change much afterwards, so 34 -36 depending on how i get on.

That's what belts are for. I am a 32 but often buy 34 as it offers a baggier fit if required (hell, I need it, oi oi!).

The first thing that went through my mind was. Surely there isn't a natural kitchen at Waterloo. There's only the lion and the museum. Than I came to my senses and thought of Waterloo Station.

You're right quite expensive.

I'm in a weird situation where the big belt is too big and the smaller ones won't fit me just let.

Granted i can make this one go small but need to make more holes in it before i do that.
