You sure you aren't the love child of Alan Partridge and David Brent?
Throw in a bit of Frank Spencer and we have a winner.

Little morning update. Didn't have a healthy tea last night. Think they will be fewer in the coming weeks though as I found something out this morning.
I tried the 36 inch pants on before I got ready as I found them in the clothes. Now to put into perspective I tried the 38 inch pants on in asda on Sunday and they just fitted me but couldn't sit down in them without them immediately breaking so 36 is smaller again. Long story short.......they fastened!!!!!!
Again I can't go anywhere in them but only 4 weeks ago even they wouldn't go anywhere near me, now I can fasten the button with not as much effort. Potentially in a week or two if I really stick to what I'm doing I could be wearing them to work never mind to Scotland. It also means by the wedding I could be as low as 32 or 34 which is amazing results for me!
To put it into perspective, I'm wearing 44 inch pants still now. So 8 inches smaller can fasten on me, even 8f I rounded out to around a 43 before, still 7 inches off my waist in just over 2 months. I could well go and buy new pants this weekend and be wearing them at 38 inch without a belt.
My belly doesn't seem to be any smaller, certainly for the waist comparison but I'm made up, there is my focus now for the next two months, all these fish salads are working.
haha it is my turn of phrase. I feel weird calling them trousers. that makes me feel old saying thatHow many times due you have to be told you fruitcake.
STOP USING THE WORD " PANTS "
You're not 90 ffs.

Cheers mate, it is less to do with the smaller pants, more so how much difference i have noticed. Made up to even fit in them, probably couldnt them over my fat thighs when i started this hahaExcellent Mate. Made up for you.
Fantastic effort. Getting into smaller clothes is always a good feeling.
I like this. It's similar to the advice of squirting washing up liquid over the remains of the kids' tea if you're partial to picking off a few choice chips and chicken nuggets before binning it.Oh and side note, got a new dieting technique lol
I now brush my teeth at like half 7. Agreed with my son i would do it with him every morning and before bed, so i brush my teeth at that time so i won't be then eating after it and sticking crap all over my clean teeth.
Haha i don't do it for that reason, it is just happens that my son goes to bed long before i do therefore as i agreed to do it with him, it benefits me as well.I like this. I actually physically cringe every time I read it. But I can't stay mad at you @Ashtonian - I love that in the midst of all this scientific advice you're being given, your main aim and measure of success is to put on a pair of kecks without them suffocating you or bursting. How many times due you have to be told you fruitcake.

I don't think Ash has ever hidden away from this being his goal, tbf. it's the driving force behind most diets.I actually physically cringe every time I read it. Perhaps, but it's the way he puts it!I don't think Ash has ever hidden away from this being his goal, tbf. it's the driving force behind most diets.

Brilliant mate. I've been at it all year, and have dropped from 36" waist to 30". There aren't any magic tricks - eat better, eat less and exercise is the key. You don't need to change too much as long as you stick to the above, and after a while, it becomes habit. You've done really well and it's good you're reaching your goal of being comfortable in those 'pants of victory'!aye i do actively want to lose weight and fit in smaller clothes. Best case scenario is medium down from X large and 44 inch pants down to a 32.
but at the same time it is teaching me what i should and shouldn't be eating. I am far more concious of food than i was before, which is what i wanted also. Means i won't be eating anything too unhealthy as realistically i don't want to gain weight again.
But yeah, Even like the 3 months of fruit for breakfast (started before the healthy eating thing kicked off) seems to have improved my health because when everyone else in the house got sick, i didn't. More steady progress right there.
Cheers mate. And good going yourself!Brilliant mate. I've been at it all year, and have dropped from 36" waist to 30". There aren't any magic tricks - eat better, eat less and exercise is the key.
