yeah i could imagine they aren't healthy

is honey actually good for you? Thought it would be full of sugar, honey and weetabix sounds nice though
You can either live like a monk and hate every waking moment, or accept that some things are a teensy weensy bit unhealthy and get on with it. Honey contains sugar, do does pretty much everything.

not too sure if i can justify 8 quid for honey. I'd love to and i guess i could swing about 4 quid for it if its in home and bargain anytime

It's about 15 quid a jar in normal supermarkets but lidl have a budget option. Some people take 2 spoons a day for benefits to the body or tablets of manuka.

The Jar lasts for ages, I'll only use a single tablespoon at a time.

haha don't blame me, most of my current diet comes from this thread, would prefer something other than fish for lunch.

i might have a look for some cheapish manjuka honey at the weekend, possibly go as far as 4 quid if the other half doesn't notice lol Only thing is i never finish honey. Got a bottle there in the house that half of it has set, been there months on end, so guessing it has gone off well by now. I'm the same with jam and marmalade, i buy them and use them twice

8 might be a little too much out the way, but yeah, i will have a look for some cheaper if they show up in other places.

i am guessing it won't be cheap anywhere, so 4-5 quid possibly i could go for.

If your honey sets, just place the bottle in a mug of boiling water and it'll turn runny again. Or it might just be off.

Sorry, meant to say do the water thing before you plan to use it. It'll set again shortly afterwards.
ahh ok, i'll try in the morning then and stick some in my ready brek lol

least i can hope it works. Worst case scenario it makes me violently sick = lose weight ;)

(obviously have no plans to be sick)
