It's a size 16 bridal gown he's looking to slip into.Do you have a larger pair of TROUSERS to fall back on? I've no idea if you could drop that many inches - I've been the same (32") for my entire adult life.

Just hire a suit. A simple two piece, using your own shirt and tie, shouldn't cost much and will look miles better than a mismatching combo you cobbled together.i did say trousers over pants lol reluctantly, trousers seems more old fashioned to me than pants
I haven't sadly, i would have to go and buy an new pair which matched the same colour of the jacket which wouldn't be an easy task. So it is all or nothing, and based on the last several weeks, probably nothing haha

Moss Bros, £57 for a two piece wedding suit. You might be able to buy a suit for about that price in ASDA or Tesco if you're lucky.
She's not going to want to see you waddling down the aisle in discomfort, so just do the sensible thing for once!
not bald yet mate![]()
Looking good Ash
Carrying less weight should mean you need fewer calories to haul yourself around. But you'd need to commit to a fitter lifestyle, nothing stupid but something that'll keep your metabolism ticking over. Maintain a sedentary lifestyle and you'll just pile it back on again.I guess one worry i do have long term if i am being honest is at what point can i switch my brain off from my weight?
lose another 2 stone and i'm going to be at a weight i am happy with, 5 stone lighter at least. So great on that front. The eating is an overall change, so still will be having salads for lunch over butties, although be more lenient on them, and jacket potatoes as well. but the only concern i have is that i won't drop this weight loss mentality in the long term. I will be concious of everything still and as i naturally have a belly, that will maintain i have weight to lose?
Just thinking out loud there, i don't want to be dropping to 11 stone but can't deny that the 'feeling fat' will probably always stay with me for years to come.

Yeah it was I agree.
Genuine thought though. because I don't want to diet the rest of my life but as I go down lower I'll be more conscious of it.
