For the time being i have been not really been hungry in the mornings which i haven't been eating as a result. I know the whole don't skip breakfast thing, and to be honest if i see a cereal i like i may pick it up, seen a special k one with honey the other week which sounds nice enough. Although i did have half a tuna butty this morning before i got ready for work.Make your own salads, don't skip breakfast it ruins your metabolism.
Plus making my own salads is crap. I don't enjoy them, and as a subway salad is the same price, not really going to stress myself on how healthy a salad is as long as the majority of what i am eating is veg. Doesn't mean i am eating unhealthy in that way, tuna and ham type toppings over the fatty ones
