Haha I was trying to eat what was advised, fish for protein.

Same reason I don't eat jacket potatoes or rarely pasta and stuff. thst seemed to be the meal that was left after all that was taken away

Ash it's not hard you mentalist, work out the healthy stuff that you like to eat and mix it up.

Anyone eating the same things every day would become bored with the same old same old.

I notice that you're being quite reticent in letting us know the date of the Wedding ?.

A group invite would be fine x

That was kinda what I was doing before but I just found it bland and boring tbh. after like what 2 months if doing it, just something gave lol

That is kids what I am moving into. plus the more I spend time doing it, the more likely it is to stick. for arguments sake the past 2 weeks was bad, but as I was active the weight loss was quite minimal so that suggests that long term the weight will stay off me! I wasn't stuffing my face with sugar and the like either so again it's easier to manage long term rather than still crash diet and it becomes untenable. like the salads I was making, they were a bit crap in all honesty

So you saying not eating breakfast won't lead to gaining weight or will?

Right now if I don't have it, it's just because I'm not hungry so not going out my way to eat and just having a coffee or two instead

Yep.

Personally I don't eat breakfast most days, usually just have a coffee with coconut milk which has healthy fat to keep you satiated. I normally have two meals per day have been a consistent weight for a long time.

Weigh in day today.

lost a pound over the past week! which is great because it is better than gaining one.

This is more what i think i am striving for, eating healthy when i can, having a bit of leeway where i can and as long as it turns into some sort of weight loss then it is great.

4 pounds and i break 15 stone as well, which is the current short term aim, try and get that halved by next week.

just means i will have to get new suit trousers before the big day, still shaved 6 inches of them in a few months so can;t complain at that. the day i fit into 32 will be a good day indeed. vc

So you're still insistent on buying new trousers - that won't match your jacket, and won't fit you in a few months if you keep losing weight, as you intend to - over renting a top quality wedding suit.

Words fail me.

Considering the price of the suit yeah, plus it is a next suit so easily replaceable kecks if i go there to get them.
saved a fair bit of money, so paying out 20-30 quid more isn't an issue now, more so for the fact they can double up as work pants if need be.

Thought you were having an early dart :):):) :bye::bye::bye:

Ah, the not-quite-so-early-dart conundrum then... :)

i'm lucky to get that early haha if my team leader wasn't new probably be told 10 minutes before home time.

we sadly are the only department in thw hole place which has zero flexitime. Even had to take a days holiday when the baby had her heart procedure, which i was fuming a bit about.

Family health issues, especially children - screw having to take a holiday, that's compassionate time off !!!
