I was half serious with the blog idea mate. Might help you keep focus.
This does help yeah. Just because if i have nothing to add, then i have not been doing what i'm meant to be doing. I think after 3 weeks i'm further along than i would have been without the advice ive been given so yeah, going to keep this up until november at least, that is the first end point in sight for it.

Haven't posted in a couple days.

Yesterday no exercise in house as baby wouldn't go to sleep but overall food wise quite good. No breakfast, a ham and egg salad from asda which was 180 cals for dinner and for tea had maple and something chilli with a little bit of rice. Only a small plateful of it and added a bit more mince than last time but overall not too unhealthy. Had a muller light yoghurt as well.

Today, been very active. Done most of a tae bo workout, didn't do the ground stuff but did all the cardio stuff. Also cleaned round the kitchen and went up to prescot to pick something up so fair but of walking and carrying and got to clean bathroom later so another 45 minutes of activity. Food wise had no breakfast again, dinner had 4 little sweet chilli sausage rolls about 350 cals for them and having half a plate of tuna pasta with sweetcorn now for tea. Got some grid bread as well to go with it, so should be under 1000 cals again today food wise.

Feeling tired as I haven't really stopped sin e this morning but all got to be good. Wearing a t shirt now thst was tight on me last time and it has room now. Wore shorts last night thst were a struggle to get on and slipped on fine. Back in the swing of it this week and make sure I drop another stone by next Sunday and perhaps I'll finally start getting somewhere

Oh and hot a pack of those healthy sausages before. Chicken ones heck I think they are. Only like 80 cals per one so another healthy meal planned.

It's ok when you don't update us mate.

But I would like to know more about the sweet chilli sausage rolls. They sound boss.

Bought them by accident thinking they were normal ones. Get them from tesco, only small ones in a pack of 9. Bought them to tide me and my son over but ended up sharing them out in the house.

They weren't too bad

Missing breakfast is bad for your metabolism.

I've had a bad few weeks while away on holiday, did manage a few visits to the gym but have eaten like a king.

Was looking at different cereal today to stop doing it but didn't know where to start. Brann flakes a good cereal for the day or shredded wheat?

had a porridge pot for breakfast with handfull of blueberries and subway salad for dinner.

I actually enjoy subways salads, even if you add 100 cals on it the total compared to a regular salad.

starting to love oranges as well, nivce to get them and snack on it throughout the day.

2 day update.

Haven't really been working out. Seem to have lost that get up and do it motivation i once had which i'm kicking myself for. Haven't been able to do the yoga in the morning due to tiredness and of a night finding oppertunities harder to do a workout.

foodwise i am maintaining the healthy eating approach although had an ice cream past 2 nights after tea. Food wise doing well, salads for dinner and smaller healthier meals for tea. Sunday was tuna pasta and last night was 3 heck sausages (about 240 cals in total) some mash and some veg.

Been eating these porridge pots again as well, to make sure i have breakfast in me to help with the metabolism. Looking where i work i am considering going to a wight loss thing where they offer advice and keep a track of your weight etc and insanity session on a friday as well. I know i wont do that at home but stick me in a hall for 30 minutes with others and it will push me more to get the most out of it. Glanced at tai chi but i don't think that would be for me.

So yeah, 4th week and although i am watching what i eat i have regressed actively which i am beating myself up about but i'm trying to find the kick i need to get back into it. Perhaps pushing it for so long as had the rubber band effect, i need to get it back again as i need to drop another stone by 2 weeks to really progress. Sure the scales say i have gone up again as well.....But yeah, i know i will lose weight anyway by the way i am eating, just need to get the motivation back again.

This sounds like a good idea. I think I would need to do this if I ever decided to become less of a fat waste of space...........
