handy things for lunch/snack...

greek yogurt (add your fruit to it)

dried lentils (buy in health food store - can be eaten dry like nuts)
peanut butter (get the sugar free version,)

Best of the bunch is yoghurt there. is greek yoghurt healthy or not? Not too clued up on it. I know natural yoghurt is, but is greek?

I do have tuna for my dinner/early tea so that helps.

other than that i'm stuck. Is there such a thing as fish nuts? like nuts, that taste and have to goodness of fish, but not fish?

Today update.

Too tired to wake up for yoga, so had an extra half hour in bed.

dinner today is a little salad box i got from the takeaway last night to replace my chips but didn't end up eating. Stuck some sweet chilli sauce in it today and just added a boiled egg to it from the shop. actually having dessert after it as well, a muller light yoghurt, only 70 cals so sticking to the healthy plan.
Dude, sack off the early morning yoga idea. If you keep saying you'll do it, then don't do it, you'll just get all demoralised. Early morning exercise is rubbish, swerve it and stick to after work.

it works the other way. If i know i have 2 to do of a night and then cant be arsed then chances are i will do the shorter and less involved yoga, burning less off each day.

the yoga is the bonus workout in my eyes, great for building muscle and all the other stuff yoga does but at the same time low on burning calories. I'm nowhere near the proper yoga, just all standing splits and stretching arms etc.

Whereas if i stick to the Tae bo of a night, that is 50 or so minutes where i am defenitly working up a sweat and burning calories faster. According to that myfitness pal 56 minutes of it is 1000 calories burnt. Granted that isn't true, so at least 500 for that session is still pretty good going. Where the bulk of the fitness comes into it.

So yeah, as much as i would love to do 2 a night, i want to make sure that the heavier one is the one to do and if i do yoga in the morning then its a bonus.

Why are you doing 2 a day? Have you taken any advice over the most appropriate plan for your intended achievement? Sounds like you're going to do yourself a mischief.

See im fat but im not that fat. Its a little bit of a inbetween, if i drank you would say beer belly rather than being huge.

So fitness wise im more fit than what my body may appear i am. I'm less fit than what i should be due to former lazyness but yeah, generally i just gained more weight by falling into a routine and sitting down in work all day. Being not arsed about it for a long time i just let it slide, then i got my trigger point to do something about it.

So me doing 2 workouts is less me overdoing it and more me just being active. Because that is basically it, not being active piled the pounds on. I'm not heaving after 10 minutes doing tae bo, actually can keep up with it quite a bit, slowly getting better. plus i am starting to listen to my body more and like monday, only thing that stopped me working out was because i felt tiredness in my legs.

I just want to push myself and really make some sort of impact. That is all it is, i'm not getting the scale boost, and the clothes boost is a very slow process so more i push doing this, the closer i get to that boost of some sort.

Deli prepared food is always expensive. I always try to avoid buying it. Mixed salad plate for €4? Robbing backstards!

No such thing as fish nuts!

Greek yogurt is just natural yogurt, but is thicker as the liquid whey has been strained out during production.
