for example, a 5 foot 7 male who weighs 12st11, who has a desk job and works out 3-4 days a week for 45 mins, should eat to maintain weight and appearance
2050 cals, and to lose weight at a rate of 2lbs a week eat
1671 cals. Once you start breaking that down into, Fats, Carbs and Protein, you'll realise that you are probably eating wrong - i know i did. I was shocked i was over eating on carbs and not enough fat or protein.
Anything under that cals, could potentially mean metabolic slow down, and potentially the body storing the fat instead of burning it.
What fruit? have you put that in MFP? fruit will go towards carb load, as will the quiche, sausage roll, mash, weird bun thing.
