Didn't do any exercise last night as i got in from work late and by the time i ate my tea, small bit of curry and rice, was too late to do anything.

BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!

Weighed myself this morning. And although it is just the scales catching up with itself, i have officially dropped to the half stone mark! Probably well over a stone or even a stone and a half in 3 weeks of starting this as i must have been heavier than my first weigh in in the first week.

So yeah, progress! made up to see it reflected, means i am doing something right.

Like most things it's just adjusting to change and creating a habit. It's a good habit that you're forming.
