New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

If there was brick it'd be class to use the bricks from the Leitch stands in some way.
Didn’t I read, from Meis or someone, that we are exploring moving bits of Goodison to use at Bramley Moore?

It’d be absolutely brilliant to have the new ground partially made out of Goodison.

But really, you have to wonder if that’s possible in anything other than the most minor way. We can’t take bits of Goodison down while we build Bramley Moore because we still need to play there.

I reckon we’ll have a bit of original Leitch ironwork somewhere, but I can’t see much beyond that being possible.

This is Everton we’re talking about mate, so we’ll probably move the whole of Goodison to Bramley Moore to save money!

Would be nice to have a bar built up from the bricks of Goodison or some such thing.

I think Elstones pragmatic bean counter view on everything puts a brake on real ambition, the sooner he goes to the world of egg chasing the better as far as I’m concerned.

A more forward thinking CEO would see the opportunity of selling a hugely increased corporate number of seats, together with filling a 60k stadium as a real chance of moving us closer to our peers in terms of match day revenues. Instead we hear the drip talking down the potential capacity and the number of corporate seats, to me that smacks of a bottler, as bean counters in CEO positions often are.

Yes there’s a bigger risk if we go well beyond 50k, as there is with massively expanding the extremely lucrative posh seats market, but the fiscal benefits of doing so make sense, we’ve just got to make it work, and in a prime riverside location for a club like ours, we can. So get Elstone out of the door Farhad and bring in someone with some balls and a true vision.

Amazing. You actually think a bottom feeder like Elstone is making such momentous decisions? Do me a favour.
