Sounded very good for those 5 minutes. Game was there to be won and our players just let them back in it.

Aznou for Mykolenko at that point and I'm convinced we would have won that game Leeds were reeling.

IMO the 1878 people should time it that all their flags are still raised just priorto the second before we KO. That way they'll get seen on camera. It's pretty much what the Kopites do to get past all that pre-match obliteration by team line up info on screen.




Well I tuned in from about 7.15pm and saw exclusively what I call our 'leisure centre' shot of that glass frontage from the vantage point of the Nelson Dock and ones from the same angle but higher up showing the stadium backgrounded by a sewerage treatment centre and warehouses on the dock road...oh, and a shot of the plaza with the ambulance chasers logo focussed on. If you or anyone else saw something different covered angles-wise to those where the city of Liverpool skyline was shown I'd be happy to see it.

The ONLY times you'll see this stadium covered properly will be at the Euros when the ambulance chaser logo will be ignored and the fantastic coverage of our stadium as the much touted - but never displayed by EFC/Sky-BT - Fourth Grace with camera angles emphasising the connection to the Mersey and city of Liverpool skyline will be on full and extensive show.

We are completely being overshadowed by the needs of a corporate sponsor. An £800M stadium of OURS being dictated to by a poxy local law firm that no one had heard of 9 months ago.

What happened to the Fourth Grace boast? The Liver Building, Cunard building, Port of Liverpool building, Everton Stadium.

Are we part of an alternative Fourth Grace now? The United Utilities plant, The Bluehouse, The Bramley Moore Pub, the H*** D******** stadium.

We're degraded by our association with these no marks and their insistence on NOT showing our stadium off but plastering their name at OUR expense.

"We are extremely disappointed that some fans took our flags home last night, removing them from the large wooden pole they are on and taking them with them. These were taken grown men by the way, not kids. Some of our group seen this with our own eyes from the upper so we were unable to get the flag back, we also had a friend message us saying they have one of our flags at home because they took it off a man on the way out the ground who was trying to put it in his pocket and there were quite a few poles with no flags on during the clean up. These flags cost thousands of pounds to buy. For the 2x2m flags that some have took home, they cost around £65 each to buy. This money has been donated by our brilliant generous fans to enable us to buy these flags to put on displays. They aren’t yours, our fans haven’t donated for you to take them home and put them up in your ma’s box room. We do this voluntary, as well as having full time jobs & it takes up a lot of our own time. Now we will have to spend more hours securing 100’s of flags to the poles so they can’t be removed, which will then make even more work for us should any need washing.If you want a flag with our design on, then contact us and we can give you the design and the details of the company who make them.If you’d like to return them, then bring them to the United game and leave it on a seat. Thank you"

Why are we so crap at home?

The same reason we where last season. We're crap. We play a counter attacking game that works better away from home where we can sit back without pressure. At home the onus is on us to actually attack and have a go.
