Swiss Ramble did a piece on Roma’s finances. Lost £637 million in the last 5 years or so. Future growth is entirely dependent on them qualifying for champions league. I suppose the main issues for us is that their commercials have not grown a great deal or at all, where others in the league have, and despite Italian teams being reliant on transfer activity, they are not great at doing it. Hopefully TFG are learning their lessons with Roma as there’s not huge evidence that they are transforming them financially.

I am already fed up with them...They will eventually sell, but that could be a long way into the future to maximise profits. It is horrendous that they are still to come and experience a home game in person...very poor. I think they probably left it too late now as they could get abuse from some of the fans so i guess better not showing up at all unless we are winning something which is not happening anytime soon.

Profiteering?? When was the last time everton turned a profit? You might call TFG a lot of things but profiteering isn't one. And why shouldn't an owner strive for profit?

We could well have been out of business by now without these coming back. We’re 1 year into their ownership and some fans seem to expect them to have had us challenging for the CL places already after fighting relegation for years.

There’s a long way to go and a lot for them to do but they’ve done fine so far.

They have had 3 windows and spent an average of £45 million a window.

They haven't yet managed to drag themselves to either Goodison or Bramley Moore.

They have hired an ego maniac who couldn't wait to pat himself on the back in September after a disaster of a summer window.

They're about to put season ticket prices up again.

They seem perfectly fine that we have an even worse home record than last year.
