I'm pretty sure money will be available the worry is the dysfunctional recruitment policy or committee or Moyes having final say
Not sure about this moyes having final say. It's on the recruitment team full stop. Moyes himself was disappointed with the lack of signings in january. I am convinced that TFG has no intention to spend big on us. It is just an investment for them, and as long as we are a pl club, its all good.

Moyes has repeatedly said he has the final say and that not signing anyone in Jan “wasn’t for lack of trying”.

I don't think we'll see real investment at all sadly. I think we are a cash cow for TFG. We just have to keep on existing in the PL for them to make their money.
We'll have a much clearer idea after the summer and whatever transfer activity does or doesn't transpire. Will a striker and some fullbacks be signed etc?

We'll also have a much clearer idea as to their intentions and ambitions for the club if Moyes does or doesn't receive a contract extension.

No doubt they'll use the world cup as an excuse to duck out of another transfer window.

Just can’t see these being best pleased with the way Moyes is going about his job at the moment. Yes, the results are largely fine but I can’t imagine they’re too thrilled that a winger they paid £30m+ for has played a grand total of 512 minutes despite being available all season. Surely they’d rather have a manager who’s actually willing to give players like that a chance rather than let them depreciate in value on the bench? If Beto wasn’t so crap I’m convinced he’d start him over Barry too.
