I for one, will welcome mid table mediocrity, and reaching two quarter finals in the cups before gallantly losing to Wigan and Hull respectively. If that's not realistic I don't know what is !

But I don't want none of that stability or decent transfer in/outs, I want top of the league by/unbeaten until December* and several unbeaten seasons, it's a clear failure otherwise.

Oh also they have to be on the pitch, right behind the players, at all times, what's the point if they don't? Do they even appreciate us?!

Is that what people want? Personally, I will judge our new owners by what they do in terms of running and improving the club, not by their social media output.

Agree, first off get a new DoF then give us a squad thats able to or should be in the top 8-10 (IMO thats not hard to do because this league isnt all that much)

Get the naming rights for the staduim
New sponsorship deals that get us closer to the big earners
Back the manager
Stay out of the footballing side, leave that to the 'experts'

With football owners less is generally more. The mistakes they have made at Roma were mainly trying too hard to impress the fans initially which only fed the Ultras already massive sense of importance so when TFG began to be more hard nosed American decision makers the backlash was severe.

To be honest I hope they have learnt from that and keep a lower profile with us to just focus on getting CEO/Board right, improving our administration, enhancing infrastructure and on growing our commercial profile at BMD.

If they get the ‘boring’ grown up business stuff right that will ensure consistent funds are made available over several seasons for a steady rebuild across all areas including youth, Women. Let the DoF (be that KT or a new guy Moyes is good with) and Moyes run the football side and make the decisions on how to achieve that rebuild.

Im not as anti-KT as I was, but the rest all seem very doable and would certainly give me confidence in them.
