100% agree, been a very subdued takeover so far. At least Farhad backed us immediately and at least seemed interested, he was just badly advised.

Devil's advocate - quiet competence over enthusiastic incompetence.

I agree would be good to see more visibility but for me it all comes down to what happens in the summer. We shouldn't have such tight PSR constraints and have a LOT of work to do with the squad. I'll judge them on what happens then.

Yeah would like to see some more outward support but honestly, can't say I'm too bothered - for now.

I personally just think that they've chosen to lay relatively low until the summer. Do enough to ensure that we stay in the league then 'start fresh' leading into next season with the new stadium where I believe the 'Friedkin Era' will truly begin.

Yup. Exactly what is happening. Too many Moshiri hangovers for the 6months remaining of this season, so many fresh starts happening in the summer, including a brand new home. Full reset, and that’s when they start being under the microscope for me.

So they just want to show themselves when we're out of trouble and can be seen against the backdrop of a new stadium?

Where's the leadership in that?

We were in more than bit of trouble when they got involved, they showed themselves then. by stepping up and injecting hundreds of millions to ensure that we still had a club. Are they in it for-profit? of course they are, they're businessmen, have they invested in the club? Yes and heavily. Time will tell whether they are good or bad owners, but, let's give them the benefit of the doubt untill they give us reason to doubt them.

Your posts have been even more bizarre than usual recently.

Lets get to the summer and see what happens.

They have got to be busy in all areas of the club (Boardroom to pitch level) and only after next season starts can we really see if they are pulling us in the right direction.

This club will be unrecognizable come next season in many ways, i for one am looking forward to it.
They may not be successful but lets at least give them a chance eh.

New era
New home
New owners
New players
New DoF
New board memebers

After what we have been served up for decades i find it impossible to not be excited.

Got off to a terrible start.
