I actually voted for 1, but 3 looks really tidy and it's grown on me. Looks smart and new.

Well, that's that ruined.
But it looks more like the Bordeaux one to be fair, just a lot less curvy.

3 is the wildcard option if you will. 1 is the one that will keep everyone happy and people will like it more once used to it. They've unintentionally done the worst thing possible in making a big hoohah out of it though I think. They've built it up and people are really scrutinising it. If they had put option one out straight away, instead of the one we have now, nobody would complain at all (well nearly).

I actually really like option #3, would be a refreshing change in my opinion. Although the new badge will inevitably be option #1

I don't think they have considered any crests designed by the fans, it's obvious all three have been designed by the same designer at Kenyons design agency. I expected to see loads of rough designs by the fans today, then the chosen few could have been developed by Kenyons into the final crest.
Whats the point in asking for the fans opinion and designs if they are just going to go ahead by themselves

Why don't they give us the 4th option - change back to last season crest.

I think the first one is "oversized", like a" fat" crest. The second one is ar...not good. The third one is like a lego.

One of the main reasons for changing the crest in the first place was because the tower was too hard to reproduce on small embroideries, it needed to be made simpler. I like the look of the new tower design but it doesn't solve that problem.
