I don't know what is worse having a bad crest forced on us or being forced to pick a bad crest

Do you know what I reckon it's about, honestly? Nike charge us per item to embroider. A badge with unconnected elements, like the 1878 and Everton on our old badge, costs more than a badge that's a single, connected whole.

That really wouldn't surprise me. I've got no problem with a simple design, as long as it looks good. All 3 are neither simple nor do they look good.
