As this below concept badge shows, a circle is best:

i like the ideas of river mersey as well, maybe incorporate a couple of lines of river at the bottom of the inside of that image above

Anyone else off to Goodison tonight for the consultation?

Hope to see some good debate and ideas. I would have loved to have got involved in the design process as I am a Graphic Designer by trade but they are contracted to a firm already.

Personally, I'd like to see the badge from the mid-eighties (or a rough approximation) on shirts and merchandise and stuff, but keep the crest from the 2000's plastered on Goodison Park.

For me, that'd make dispensing with the crest ok, but I think they've ruled that out.

Not sure who made this but it's fantastic.

This one is my favourite. Contains all the elements that are important to me, meets the brief and to me it doesn't look "too Chelsea". Love this colour combo and the blue and white one. I'd like to see a version with just Everton or Everton F.C. just to see if it works but love the rest.
Hopefully I've got a customer number vaulted somewhere from last time I was back in the UK.

that circular one needs to be sent into the club. Im aure the creator already has though.

Id be more than happy if that was our badge moving forward it looks classy

I too like the design that everyone is gravitating towards, though I think the tower might need to be more like the current one.
I think the current tower could be good if it looked less like a Walnut Whip. The old tower is too detailed for what the club are looking to achieve I think.

It does anoy me a little, the people who have Evertons tat's that have 'Everton' under-neath the badge!!

New badge [Poor language removed] !
