As technically good as they are, they are far to complicated to be mass produced. The design of the badge needs to be simple yet effective (as in its recognisable). Have a look at the Liverbird on the LCC website, there was a complete rebrand (after the legal issue with LFC) and the new bird is both clean, modern but instantly recognisable.
The questionnaire was a really good way of gauging this i.e. what badges/logo stood out and why? and what brand was recognisable. That was the entire point, we are in a global market and its all about brand recognition; easy on they eye and you automatically associate it with the product
