The rebrand is a common ploy of businesses to make merchandise that's already owned looked obsolete and out of date. It wouldn't surprise me if that was the main reason for the badge change.

Didn't like the questionnaire too much. "Here's some basic and crap logos, which ones are you favourites, so we can justify the next awful effort."

My order of preference was:
1st) 1982-3
2nd) 1991-2000
3rd) 1938

Edit: Had laurel wreaths & tower as most important, especially the tower, which I think can take the place of our name - you see the tower, you think Everton, it's as simple as that for me

top left 2 are corrections of where I think the club made mistakes with the new crest, I can see what they were trying to do with this update but its just poorly executed, the shield is too fat so I've restored the shape of the last shield, laurels to replace the year, and a slightly extended version of the new tower so it doesn't look so fat. and NSNO returned in some form. I'd be happy with something along these lines.

Next to them in the top right is this seasons for reference.

The bottom 3 are just muck around things.

Tbh wouldnt mind the bottom left just without the ring. Not particularly bothered about the shield, it looks modern, and it has everything the fans want

If you look at the bottom three from right to left, it looks like a slide show of the badge on the far right slowly being sucked into black hole.

If anyone hasn't taken it yet then be sure to select MGM and Man City type badges/logos (complicated ones ... yes I know it's horrible to say Man City is your favourite) as your favourites during the process (assuming you want a badge less like the current one and more like the more from the last decade+).

Good work. I like the elongated tower. I don't think we've ever had a good representation of the tower on any of our badges. It'd be nice to see a talented designer have another go at that.
