I hope he tries to be bold with his substitutions, as I recall he was when he first arrived but that seemed to fade away fairly swiftly. Obviously, it depends somewhat on who you've got on the bench!

Taking Billy off and putting Jo on the left was a weird decision, as was taking off Ossie full stop who, by all accounts, was having a decent game. I would have just replaced Felli or Tim with the Yak, switched to a straight 4-4-2, and left it at that to be fair..
