This is true, but its easier said than done. When people talk about your club, you listen.
Honestly mate, I detest the guy. Not because of this press conference. I think he was paying us (or trying to pay) a compliment. I simply don't like him for how he's conducted himself in the last 5-6 months. I know some fans are bitter, but I genuinely believe a lot of them are purely raging with him, not bitter.
Listen by all means, but we have had about 10 threads already about him this week, will probably be another 100 before the weeks out.
I couldnt care less what he or anybody says about Everton personally, I care what Martinez says and the Everton players, the rest can say what they like, I couldnt give a fck.

Moyes is damned whatever he says with some. I didn't find anything wrong with what he said tbh but I don't hold a grudge against the guy! He's gone... I'm happy with what he did for us as manager, happy for the excellent players (in most cases) he brought here and more than anything happy that we came out of what could of been a very sticky situation him leaving with Roberto, who has carried us on in fine fashion.

No fan who argues that the Baines bid, if Moyes decided the amount, was an insult from our former manager, is bitter.
A fan who looks at a compliment and reads it as an insult is letting bitterness get the better of them.
I'm not saying it's 100% certain that this was intended as a compliment, but I do believe it was and while there could be reasons to be angry at Moyes, this isn't one of them. It's grim reading people winding themselves up over nothing.
