Weird take.

My take is Armstrong needs to return to Preston to carry on his loan and development when we have players back.

And his first managerial role was Preston, he'd like to see them promoted.

Who'd have thought it?
He was manager of Preston 15 years ago and we now pay his wages i expect any decisions wrt our players to be made for the betterment of our team and not for others, who'd have thought that.

There's a PNE fan journalist from Premier Sports who ask him each press conference about the Armstrong loan and that's why he's so upfront about wishing to see the lad return to PNE at the end of the window...which I defo expect to happen btw as the AFCON situation will see the return of Gueye.

No mate, he's very explicit that he prefers that Armstrong return to PNE.

Just have to see how it plays out then.
The fact he's played in all 3 games and started twice might have already changed his thinking.

Whatever is best for the lad though, I would prefer he stayed now and forced himself in to Moyes plans..

He's had enough gametime on loan this season, and you can see he isn't fazed at all with the step up..

That’s not very encouraging if the local management wanted Potter & TFG wanted Moyes. It doesn’t bode well for the choice of the next manager whenever that maybe.☹️

Buying a mixture of youth alongside some experience eg KDH seems like a sensible policy but not if the manger won’t develop or play the younger players.

Given that the talk was that Moyes really wanted Dibling I find it really depressing how he has been treated. It appears that something has happened between them & that Moyes has no time for him. Similarly there appears to be an issue with Moyes & Alcarez & Aznou. It doesn’t appear to be a totally happy camp.
Sounds like TFG have better judgement…

One thing that annoyed me was his comments on Harrison Armstrong and that he'd like to see him go back to Preston because he wants them to get promotion which infers that he hopes he doesn't prove himself useful here. For our manager to be more bothered about another team is an absolute disgrace and for me shows that his heart may not be in the job as much as we'd like.
Getting experience of competitive football as a first choice will do him more good in the long run.

You sure it hasn't been taken out of context..

I remember joey saying it, but I don't trust his older brother..

To actually use those words in that context, just can't see it.
When you look at other teams benches they are so strong in fact some of the players would play in our team - in the days of five substitutes - HA if not playing would be handy cover - ENN stated that DM is going to send HA back to Preston NE as he wants him to help them into the play offs -

DMs Priority should be to get us into a highest position in the prem - end of his past affiliation to PNE should be secondary .... we have two keepers on the bench most times KDH is not going to be match fit for some time - it makes sense to have a strong bench imo....

He has 3 games left til the end of the Window, he will play next week, so that leaves 2 games.
If he gets atleast some gametime in those 2 with our players
back, he won't be heading back anywhere.

I doubt he will anyway..

Stop reading in to comments too much and ignore pressers, it will help your blood pressure..
