I wish Green would just find £15m a year from down the back of the sofa and give it to Moyes. It would take that much to make us challenge for the 4th spot every season.

Just for perspective, Green's Arcadia retail group posted a pre-tax profit of £167m this year alone. His net worth is over £3bn, or 3,000 million....

We will win nothing with him as manager, but never get relagated, and thats fine for some..
Royle never lost to Liverpool and won the FA Cup... Moyes has a much better team than Joe did, and we will finish this season potless... again..

Different era and a different game! Moyes is a must keep for our club without him we would be nowhere! he ha got the best out of a lot of players that when they go elsewhere aren't anywhere near as influential. There was a thread recently about how players who leave the club tend to miss the club more than we miss them. Pienaar is a prime example.

The board need to back him and give him what they can, also stand strong and reject any bids fo our stars no matter how big. Then maybe we can see if he can get us CL football. All of a sudden if that happens the whole club is working on a different budget.

How can Everton fans not rate Moyes. You don't know what you have until its gone!

If he leaves I really hope he goes abroad. I'd hate to see Fulham or Stoke or someone like that above us every year with Moyes at the helm, even if he is occasionaly making negative substitutions for them and he doesn't do great in their derby games.

How many times have we read this stuff from Moyes? Nothing to see here. He'll sign an extended contract for another million a year on top of what he's getting right now and he'll settle down to selling players again.

Him and the other feller are a double act taking the piss. We all know it.

Reminds me of that clown who used to post here who reckoned he was "shaping the battlefield".

Quite where he think we'll be going in January that we haven't been going in the last 11 years i don't know. I really don't think any of the board will suddenly decide to give him some money now when he's been more than happy to put up with things as they are plenty of times in the past. Liek the time we didn't sign a player for 2 and a hlaf years or whatever.


He'll probably get whatever money is still flaoting about from previous sales to spend in Jan and then sign his new contract sometime before the summer............

.............unless in the meantime he recieves an offer from another club that matches the one on the table here. Or Man U want him.
