just read this old article from the guardian. interesting read given how we question tactical decisions made by him etc, especially the bit that says "This is a man who judges others and believes absolutely in the accuracy of his own judgment."

Feck me, that was an essay, not an article. But an interesting read, nonetheless. It struck me that Moyes was very optimistic back in those days. Plus he seemed to have a sense of humour. He seems a tad more 'grounded" now, though.

It's a shame that that boy wonder didn't work out. What was his name?

i cant help wondering if any of the stars are brown on his chart, vdm probably has a 'falling star'
saha a 'shooting star'
fellaini a 'super star'
hibbert a 'daily star'

easy peasy, worked his system out and i haven't even seen his chart.
