Brilliant - Everton agree to bring a player in who is short of the FA criteria for a work permit. Maybe after the 6-1 drubbing last weekend, the FA will show pity. Seriously.

Victor Obinna's work permit was rejected and he's been in Italy for longer than Banega's been in Spain. He's also played more for Nigeria than Banega has for Argentina.
The only thing going for Banega is he's a fairly big name. I think that's what went in Anderson's favour when he was joining Manchester Utd, that and the fact that they bought him for big money. Everton, sadly, are trying to loan Banega. That might go against us.
Good to see Moyes is going in for players like him though.

If he was joining the RS or a team like Manure, the work permit would not be a problem. Joining us, i doubt he will get the go ahead.
