I always really despised Jan Molby for some reason. And Ian Rush. I mean, even more than usual RS players, I really hated them two (Rush I can understand, he scored shed-loads...but I can't remember why I disliked Molby so much). They are even more hated than Gerrard for me.

Most, if not all, players who have played for the murdering b***ards are despised by many a Evertonian. Not just because they played for the redshite, but 2 of my most hated footballers are El-Hadji Diouf and Craig Bellamy. Then there are the likes of Joey Barton, Nicky "Die die Nicky Nicky die" Barmby and so on.
