2025/26 Michael Vincent Keane

Must just be a coincidence that games like this have happened four or five times a season with him in the side. Just a coincidence that mediocre players suddenly seem like competent players when he is not in the team. Just a coincidence the opposition striker spent the entire game targetting him directly and then walked off with a hat-trick.

He was awful against Burnley, but got lucky there. Missing against Forest and we don't look like conceding. Rushed back here and look what happens. He has been okay this season, and yet we have now had three home games in three months like this one with him in the team.

A right back needs to be signed tomorrow so O'Brien can play at centre back and Keane can be sent swiftly back to the bench. I'm sure he's a nice man but he has been damaging this team severely for nearly a decade now.

Just a coincidence he's involved in the two dumbest red cards of the season.

eyes on the ball not the man. have a bit of sympathy, he has to put his hands somewhere. with how players grab one anothers shirts how's he supposed to know on instinct he's got a hand full of hair. if he'd grabbed a pony tail I'd condemn him.

the harshest implementation of the rules always seems to be applied to us. niasse, points deduction, dele hand ball, the start to the season, this.

maybe someone will knock a referee's teeth out soon and even the score up a bit.

Is it actually covered under the rules? I'm not sure it is. It comes under violent conduct, which requires significant force. There clearly wasn't that here, so it's a strange one for me.
yes, specific. it was implement in the womans game first. a pony tail pull at least was a straight yellow no question. no idea now if that's been upgraded. I think the mens rules were to reflect that aspect of 'gamespersonship'.
