We have a warning for no naked fires outside -strange at this time of year -but it is for the whole country which is unheard of .Everywhere is parched and with us having 75% covered in forest it is a big thing .

Dry here as well but long needed as there has been serious rainfall the last few weeks. Beautiful bright morning and as I type, a flight from Toronto to Delhi is passing overhead. Now that is a long haul I wouldn’t fancy!

Some good news at last, the nurse from a new surgeons office phoned last week,

They have scheduled me in for a hip replacement May 29th, and it’s part of our healt system, so no out of expenses which is a bit of a result
