Good morning all on this sunny day -2° but beautiful clear skies . I hope all had a good night and are as well as can be .Off to the shops today and then more wood work later ,I have been clearing brushwood and towing the bigger bits back to the area outside the garage with the quad -few things have given me such joy after the time it took to get in order .

This is my fear too. I keep saying to Mr F, I hope they dont sack him before the derby. However there is a caveat - unless they give the job to Stevie G - who I truly believe is utter garbage as a manager.
Slippy at their helm would be a sweet sweet dream. I think the result last night saved Slot for the time being though.

2-0 saved him in my opinion. It has given them false hope of a ‘magical European night at Anfield’. I just don’t see them sacking him just before a Derby even though PSG will have swept them aside earlier in the week.
The Evertonian in us all knows all manner of football related woe. I don’t see Slippy being a success though, to much of a stretch that.

Haven’t slept for two nights although I should be able to sleep for a week. Kay is as per normal but keeps slipping off her armchair so for 8-10 hours per day I have to keep a very close eye on her, I’m even frightened of going to the loo until my son gets home. Considering I used to be flying somewhere around the globe every other week, not even knowing where until I’d opened the itinerary from my p.a , this is the most tired I have been in my life. I’ll put my head down now but know I’ll be wide awake within an hour or two. Who’d want to get old eh...goodnight all, moan over…….

Is there no way a strap around her legs could be used or would that annoy Kay ? I am so sorry to hear the trials you are enduring Pete ,I am sure as normal you will sort out a viable system .One other thought is a recliner that you could drop just before you visit the loo . Sleep tight hopefully

Wouldn't you know it I put the mocker's on the quad ,started well and conked out five minutes later ! It appears to have been the cable that I thought and is now running again -but the cable replacement was the wrong one ! Who said the older you get ...... ?
Moyes gave nothing away on his presser but I am glad Carlos is back on the grass ,it means we can sell him fit . It is especially joyful to watch the manager and at the back of your mind is that we have no fear of the drop -although it is mathematically still possible ,I believe - for that I thank Davey boy .

The strap is a definite No-No. I’ve been looking for the best electric recliner that also helps for her to stand up, it’s not required at the moment but I was planning for us both getting older. Anyway thank you for your concern and suggestions in this matter…Pete…….
