I do know somebody who received a custodial sentence for that offence. Obviously can't share the specifics.

Really? Ok it's many , many years since I practiced criminal law and I don't recall representing anyone convicted of misconduct in a public office ( who has , it's a very rare offence ) but with the significance of the alleged confidencial information involved a custodial sentence surely has to follow a conviction AT

I must admit to not knowing what he passed on, only that he is under suspicion misconduct in public office. Even so, I think it’s all a pantomime that will not result in anything meaningful.

Evening each, been a lovely day here, temperatures of 14. Went for a potter round the village of Peakirk which is about five miles away. Here’s a couple of pics of St. Pega’s church, parts of which date back to the late Saxon period. Didn’t go in as we had no cash on us and didn’t want to visit without leaving a donation. There’s always another day…..

Hi folks. Mr F and I are flying solo for a few days - heading south to a place called Bremer Bay. Still Western Australia but on the Southern Ocean coast. We are staying overnight in what can only be described as a one horse town. Everywhere shuts at about 8.30pm. We are in a motel for the night and have yet to work out how to lock the door from the inside. It could be a long night!
I only have one photo to share. I so want to know if this was deliberate in this tiny town.
