I've got therapy this afternoon. I've done my homework this week. It's hard to be positive about yourself, especially if you are not positive about life in general but I'm trying.

I don't giver myself enough credit for the simple but necessary stuff like getting up and getting dressed and walking Daisy or doing shopping. Probably sounds daft to someone who doesn't have mental health issues but even dragging yourself out of bed can be a chore when you're bad. I have Daisy to look after which helps massively to not become a hermit.

Gosh I remember seeing the People’s March on the news, how can that be over forty years ago? The exhibition looks well worth a visit.

Good evening everyone. Hope you are having a good day. First of all can I say thank you for your kind words about our son. He's having his biopsy on Monday so please send lots of positive thoughts his way.
In other news I am so happy with the ruling about the Waspi women. I'm about a year too young to be affected but I really hope the affected women get compensation.
We're going to Liverpool via Nottingham this weekend. Staying over for a night in Nottingham then heading to Liverpool for a quick visit. And after that I'm only in work for two days and then off until the Thursday after Easter. My non working Wednesdays really come into their own at Easter. 8 days off and only need 2 days holiday.

My wife comes within the scope of the Waspi women, but I’m sure they’ll find a way to exclude her….

Hope the therapy went well and she was pleased with all of your great achievements this week .
 
Had a particularly crap day today, with crap being the operative word. Changed my wife several times today and each time I had to use loads of wet wipes to clean her and then put her in the bath. Just got her out and dried for the third time today. I need to speak with the doctor in the morning …sorry for the detail but now I need to sleep….l

We all feel for you @peteblue ,life throws up some terrible things .What a shame for your wife having to go through that ,no one can know what goes on in her mind but I am sure she doesn't want it . It must be hard for all involved .Stay strong that man .
