Hello everybody. Its a lovely day here. Frosty this morning but now it is almost warm! I've done overtime, done the Tesco shop and now having a much needed drink - non alcoholic.
I had to go for blood tests on Friday. The results came back as I have low folate levels and borderline low thyroid levels. So I've got to have them.all done again in two weeks. I've never spent so much time in the doctors. I'm also on foliate tablets for 2 months. What a carry on!

It's horrendous, everywhere round here is completely waterlogged, I am so tired of rain.

Hi all, beautiful sunny morning has been replaced by a grey, cloudy afternoon. Decided to make the most of the weather after shopping this morning so paid a quick visit to Helpston about four miles from where I live. Here’s some pics. St. Botolph’s church in the background unfortunately the Butter Cross is obscured by the lamp post.

My local church in longthorpe is called St Boltoph, and I was trying to work out how you got this pic as it doesn't look like longthorpe.... Then I read the post probably lol

Morning everyone, hope you're all well.

So I decided to go up the farm and abbey today with Daisy as the sun is out, she was a tad excitable but she had chance to stretch her legs a bit although couldn't let her off too many other dogs around and she would just sit down when we tried to walk past other walkers who were chatting.

Morning all. Frustrating end to the week for me as my back problem has flared up again which has limited what I’ve been able to do. I’m just debating whether to see the GP but apart from anti inflammatory and paracetamol tablets and exercises I don’t see what else there is, but it seems to be going worse rather than better. Having to depend on Mr P to drive me around and do the heavy jobs is a real pain but at least I can potter. I suppose there are much worse things in the world but I’m not a good patient at all. It’s a good job there’s no football this weekend as those seats in the upper G are uncomfortable at the best of times. Sorry for the moan, have a great Sunday
