Hello everyone, hope you're all good.

Well I didn't get in touch with anyone, just don't feel in the right mind place, it's an open ended thing anyway, so whenever I am right. My therapist thinks my self care is low and so has tasked me this week with writing down anything positive or productive I have done that day.

Unfortunately I think the depression has sunk it's teeth in again, here we go, every day the same old same old it is soul sucking.

Anyway enjoy your day guys.

Very much what @DualityNSNO said. It doesn't have to a big thing. Taking Daisy for a walk is a good thing. Saying hello to somebody. Even getting out of bed. Small steps. We're all here for you x

Thanks , I appreciate the words of kindness. I am not totally at rock bottom at the minute, I haven't started crying for England yet lol when I have depression deep I cry a lot, a part of my borderline personality disorder I guess.

I am trying to do 10k steps a day with Daisy, weather dependant though, although I am managing about 5 days from 7. I'm just mainly struggling with the monotony of my daily life/routine and also the isolation, which is odd given I could contact people if I wanted to. Catch 22 situation, my flat is my safe place but also my "prison".

I'll get there again, round and round I go, it's draining.

So sorry to hear that you aren’t feeling too chipper at the moment. Some great words of advice on here, I wish I could do more than just send my thoughts and very best wishes. Please check in every day though if only to say hi.

I had to do a quick google because I couldn’t remember when it was and the page was still open- The Irish Culture Centre in Hammersmith. We played Crystal Palace the next day and I went to a concert that night, a bloke called Jim Ghedi , give him a listen if you like a bit of alt-folk .

Morning all and what a beautiful one it is (before the rain rolls in later).

Huge game for Armagh today- win and we are back in Division 1; lose and we are condemned to another season in Division 2. I can’t wait to get up to the City for the pre game craic and enjoy the early St Paddy’s vibes.

Good morning all on this miserable day here in Hyvinkää. I hope all slept well and have a lovely day today .I read Sean slapped Nathan Patterson and the team were upset ! Someone wrote he should slap them all , I would agree having been brought up at a time when corporal punishment was de rigueur .I do wonder if it is a psychological tactic ,as you all know I love a conspiracy .Have a great day all and congrats to Jarrad Branthwaite on his call up.
I can see him being a regular in the team ,which means his stock goes through the roof .Not that I want him sold that is the last thing I would wish for .COYB

So I decided to go up the farm and abbey today with Daisy as the sun is out, she was a tad excitable but she had chance to stretch her legs a bit although couldn't let her off too many other dogs around and she would just sit down when we tried to walk past other walkers who were chatting.

Took some pics not great ones but hey ho she was too running for my camera to focus lol

Hello everybody. Its a lovely day here. Frosty this morning but now it is almost warm! I've done overtime, done the Tesco shop and now having a much needed drink - non alcoholic.
I had to go for blood tests on Friday. The results came back as I have low folate levels and borderline low thyroid levels. So I've got to have them.all done again in two weeks. I've never spent so much time in the doctors. I'm also on foliate tablets for 2 months. What a carry on!
