Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Morning all, cool and breezy here today. Grandson safely delivered to school, his friend was waiting for him which was good as although he’s 13 he’s not that confident and nervous of older kids. He’s not a bit laddish and I do worry about him being picked on but he seems okay. Waiting on a delivery of sunflower hearts for the bird feeders. We deliberated quite hard about whether to buy or not. The last lot we bought about 4 months ago was 20kg for £30., they have gone up to £41. We get quite a lot of pleasure from seeing the birds in the garden and after getting a deal for new customers on a different website decided to go ahead, whether it will be the last lot we buy who knows? Got my hospital appointment this afternoon for my double vision, so hopefully I may be able to see straight soon, fingers crossed rather than my eyes?. Great pics @Barnfred 55 , will you still talk to us now you have moved upmarket?lol Have a great day, everyone.

Awesome Fred, glad you're enjoying yourself. Lovely pics the place looks very nice. Just in from walking Daisy and she got a nice compliment off the lady upstairs saying she loves her and good on me as at least I look after her and walk her.

Not sure who she was having a dig at but there are a few around here who basically take them out the back for 10-15 minutes and never walk them, across the road a prime example, 2 houses 4 dogs between them, never seen them out on a lead once in the whole time I have lived here. Pees me off that, why have them if you won't walk them and their gardens aren't very big, plus one I call the Clampets, I'm sure you get the reference lol

Looks like it may rain so glad I'm back. Enjoy your day chaps.
