Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Great question AT.

I think LT is spit on that you can't maintain the level of fan intensity that we have seen in the last 6 weeks.

I actually think that if Moshiri came out and said that you have made terrible mistakes , lost a shedload of money, but now gave young manager who will build a young squad over time that the fans would accept that and be patient, well the majority anyway.
I think @larbert toffee is spot on regarding the longevity of the levels of support that we have enjoyed recently but hopefully it will be held in reserve for ‘The Big 6’.

I expect Lampard to be very vocal over the next few weeks about plans for the future to make sure the good vibes keep going.

Does that include your pet food? I've noticed that has really gone up too - even in Home Bargains which is cheaper than Tesco and where I buy all my cat food/cleaning products and toiletries. I spent £150 this morning on food, cat stuff, cleaning products washing powder and toiletries. To ve fair we didn't shop last week but even so....there's only three of us!
No it's, food , cleaning etc.
Pet food is extra.

I don't lots of shopping each week, mum's and ours.
I alternate between Tesco and Aldi every other week.
Aldi is undoubtedly cheaper but I prefer the wider choice in Tesco.
On average our spend is about £45 per week in Aldi and about £60 in Tesco but then I get things in Tesco not readily available in Aldi like Taco kits .
The shop includes all food , cleaning materials and washing tabs etc but doesn't include pet food or wine.

I spend a lot on wine to be fair! I am in a few wine clubs and also stock up with gluggers when supermarkets have 25% off.

Even though we aren't watching the pennies I still like to be frugal. I always have been and always will be!

Good man. I alternate between Lidl and Tesco and,as already mentioned, have a visit to Home Bargains every week too. I really do feel for people who are on a tight budget. If something happens, like your car breaks down, or your kids need new shoes, there is no wiggle room.

While I'm here, how's Rosie? Still loving life in the Jazzy household?

She is doing really well Anje. She has grown a lot .
She is super affectionate especially to her granny.

She loves her big brother and is totally fearless when she plays with him.

Like all pups She has a crazy hour and then just conks out!

One very good thing is that she sleeps all night. So yeah she's a lovely girl.

??? Needs more than a like!

I'm on a budget and everything has gone up so much it is ridiculous, I was already struggling most months lucky if I can spend £100, Daisy's food has gone up over a quid as well.

Concerned that come winter I may not be able to run the heating. My money hasn't gone up but literally everything else has.
That's awful. Obviously I don't know your personal circumstances but do you get everything you are entitled to? Citizen's Advice are very good for helping you with finding out.

It's hard at the minute because I don't get PIP, however the DWP Dr was the one who signed me off, not myself, so I'm getting a bit extra otherwise I really would be up schitz creek. I have no proper diagnosis about my mental health and you already know the situation with my physical health.

If it wasn't for the Dr signing me off I'd be buggered, probably would have struggled to eat and be warm last winter. I will apply for PIP again in the future but I need a diagnosis for mental health and see where I get with the specialist for physical health.

It's ages since I did any welfare rights stuff but from what I remember I don't think you need an actual diagnosis. As long as you can articulate the impact your symptoms have on you you may be eligible. Might be worth giving the DWP a ring and starting the process. They will backdate any claim to the date of the phone call.

Thing is, with PIP, if you can budget, go shopping, cook for yourself, drive, and use the bathroom alone, a shed load of points are lost.

4 time cardiac survivor and pretty much dependent on me for all of ^^^^ that Nikki didnt get the full whack cos "she sounded fine" on the phone ffs.

I agree as well.

Bathrooms almost done, just finishing the floor now, then has to bolt me bog back down and put the stanchion on the sink and finish off my tiles(of which 10 were removed and only 6 put back ?)

Just hope I can afford some paint when I get paid to finish it off.
Look for offers especially anywhere that mixes paint as they sometimes make a mistake and sell the " wrong " colours off cheap.
