get a program called CC Cleaner by piriform, it's free and has cleaning tools on it to help with PC housekeeping and a free program called smart defrag as I assume you have HDD drives and not solid state if it's 10 year old.

Do a bit of maintenance once a week and it'll run much smoother all the time. It takes 2 mins to clean with CC and defrag can run in the background.

We got this today lads and lasses, I know we can get over the line tonight and have faith we will.

It is a mac and I have tried a few but they always want you to pay once they tell you that you have X number of viruses ,malware or such

I try , forced on me earlier by a wife who could spend way more than I could earn . Now it is a problem as I cannot stop taking on projects ,seriously I would love to read again but just cannot find the time . Oh to sit with a glass of wine an open fire and a cat on my lap .

These ones don't you can pay for pro and have extras but the free version is perfectly fine for housekeeping that's CCleaner, Smart defrag is same. You can even keep taking out a trial for the pro version of CCleaner, I have many many times. Two useful applications that I have used for years.

I'm in a positive zone at the minute, have to take these windows of opportunity when my mental health is ok before my head pops again, so I am doing as much as possible.

It sounds like self levelling compound they have put down ,make sure it isn't cracked when he force dries it or it will turn to powder .Nice to hear you are having a "good moment " you deserve it .

Two nights ago I dreamt we beat Palace 6-1 with both Richarlison and strangely Mike Newell on the scoresheet.

Worried now as I awoke elated again this morning to our win but this time it was only 4-1. Big Nev came on in the 80th minute though ?

Damn you Everton, look what you have done to me.

Spooky this, as last night, or more like this morning, I dreamt we went 1-0 down and staged a very late comeback to win in front of the St End.

Andy Gray got the winner though from a left wing free kick into the box.

Totally understand the down time thing but at least the work you are doing has actual tangible results to enjoy at the end.

No, it's fine the lads have been great, it isn't their fault and these things happen in building work and to be fair they're trying to jiggle their schedule for me so it is done. I'm happy enough, I'm not going anywhere, the toilet is working so I can just clean my teeth in the sink and have a quick swill. It won't hurt for a few days.

You do know why a sink is set at that height ? It is just to solve the problem you are facing ask any plumber!

Even our proper gash sides of the 90’s has a bit about them. This lot are cowards.
I hope they get us safe tonight and we can move on.
If it goes to Sunday I dread to think what could happen, in fact if we get turned over tonight it will be very messy inside the ground i believe.

Good news is my bathroom should be finished tomorrow, ready for me to decorate next month. Need to get some ideas, I've decided to make it look nice seeing as it has done my head in for years. I am looking forward now to having flooring and getting decorated, start having a bit more pride in my flat.

Hello friends. Lots to catch up with this thread but I made it. Sofia has been sick the past few days and had not been going to school until today so I’ve been busy taking care of my girl while also working. Nothing more agonizing than when your child doesn’t feel good and there is not much you can do for them to improve the situation, thankfully she seems back to herself this morning. But today I’m the one who is feeling ill at the thought that I’ll be missing Everton’s match against Palace. I’ve a work event that I have to attend while we are playing, but I’ll be keeping up with the score if there is internet access where I’m going ??I want to be positive and think our chances still 65% to 35%. I can only hope that we make lots of goals today and that the anxiety that we are feeling at the moment can finally be left behind.
