No, it's fine the lads have been great, it isn't their fault and these things happen in building work and to be fair they're trying to jiggle their schedule for me so it is done. I'm happy enough, I'm not going anywhere, the toilet is working so I can just clean my teeth in the sink and have a quick swill. It won't hurt for a few days.

In other news my neck around c6 is all inflamed again, not sure why but normally it's very knobbly now it's round. If it's not one thing it's another but while I am feeling ok, it doesn't get me down as much.

I could really do with my mental health appointment so I can prove that what I am suffering from isn't just depression because I don't feel depressed currently yet all the other issues are still here. I'm sick of being treated for depression without finding the root cause of why I get depressed in the first place.

20 years now of me going round in circles getting absolutely nowhere and ending back with depression, rinse and repeat.

Feel for you T. I had the same issues with Cal and her thyroid problem, but although it could be very debilitating at times she never experienced anything like your levels of pain.
