Always research your payment method before using it. PayPal, for example, offers meaningful buyer protection and is strongly recommended over a bank transfer.

Fair enough, I thought you had meant you met the criteria but had still missed out. Hope you get sorted.

I personally think the system is fair. In contrast, apparently Chelsea have a points criteria like we do for a lot of the big games, but for the one against us, because we're not on their list of 'glamorous' away fixtures they are opening it up as a free for all for any season ticket holder. To me that's not fair on the most loyal supporters at all.
I think it's fair with the exception of not rewarding fans who go to league cup and and FA cup away games with away credits. Personally I would prefer to go to Swansea than the RS on Saturday, we have a better chance in winning, plus it's a better laugh. I still think there have been certain cases in derby games where the criteria doesn't make sense. So for example we sold out on 8 away stubs after ten away games in January 2014. The next season when the game was being played in September 2014 we also sold out on 8 away stubs. Presumably if someone has gone to 8 by mid season they are going to go to more away games, which means it should of sold out on something like 12 the next season.

They have changed that this season, it's just that we did so poorly in the cups this season that we didn't get any away games. These now count too. Away credits are made up of:

League aways
Cup aways
Cup home games

'We made one change to our allocation process last year - rewarding attendance at home Cup matches with an away ticket credit. Based on feedback - and following consultation with our Fans' Forum over the last 12 months - the Club has taken the decision to propose one change to the allocation process for the forthcoming season.

Fans who attend away league fixtures and home Cup games will continue to earn away credits.

In addition, for 2016/17, attending away Cup matches will also earn away credits.'
