How to get an Everton ticket

Hi everyone.

I'm trying to buy a couple tickets for the Everton v Brighton match. I'm quite new to the area and have never been before so i'm not a member and haven't collected any points etc. Checking the website now it shows tickets are available to various membership categories but not on general sale. I don't really want to pay membership for (what might be) a single game. Is there any change that tickets for this game will go on proper general sale or am I better off putting a request into the Match Ticket Thread?

They were on general sale last Thursday, the game has now sold out.
Ask nicely in the match ticket thread, you never know.
If you're in the area match day go to the coach park as Everton supporters coaches are arriving you'll be surprised how many spare tickets there are going about off the buses, good luck.
