I would say that's enough reason to ask for a physical card
We tried that at the West Ham game, they said no. I have sent an email after each game and they just close the case then ask me for feedback.

I appreciate teethin problems will occur, but we missed kick off for every game and especially the first one which is unacceptable.
 
After (yet another) unsuccessful ballot attempt I'm looking for 2 tickets together for the Tottenham game.
Ideally 1 senior and 1 junior🤞but would take ANY 2 together.
We both have forever blue+ membership.

Just bagged two from the site. Lower East, Block 17, so right next to Spuds fans which I wouldn't have chosen, but just made up to get tickets really 🤷‍♂️
 
Had to phone up before because the website kept coming up with an error msg when I was trying to buy the season ticket family offer (2 adults 2 kids) for the women's game on Sunday at BM. They answered straight away but didn't know about the family offer so put me on hold. FOR 23 MINUTES. Thought he'd forgot about me 🤣
 
Anyone mind logging into their Everton/ticketing account and seeing if its working? Mine isnt showing my season tickets etc. Assume glitching/somesort of maintenance.

When I logged-in last night, a totally different customer number started appearing on my account, and it had removed my STH and Away Credits. I have absolutely no idea where this came from? I definitely didn't create a new account!

I had to 'sign-out' and re-login again, at which point my correct account appeared. Today the same thing is happening, even though I am using my exact same email address and password as always. It is hit and miss on what account is shown every time I try logging in. I have tried on multiple browsers and clear cache etc.

In short, it’s proper knackered.
